Marble Polishers meticulously restore and maintain the lustrous finish of marble surfaces. Responsibilities encompass polishing, cleaning, sealing, and repairing marble, ensuring its longevity and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and examine marble surfaces to determine the type of polishing required
• Operate polishing machines, grinders, and other tools to polish marble surfaces
• Apply abrasive compounds, chemicals, and polishing materials to marble surfaces
• Monitor the polishing process to ensure quality standards are met
• Clean and maintain polishing equipment and tools
• Collaborate with other workers to move and position marble slabs and tiles
• Follow safety procedures and regulations while working with heavy machinery and chemicals
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences

Requirements:

• Physical stamina and strength to move equipment
• Knowledge of different types of marble and stones and their properties
• Proficiency in using polishing equipment and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to achieve a smooth, glossy finish
• Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members
• Prior experience in marble and terrazzo polishing or related field is preferred
