Job Requirements:

What will you be doing: 

• Provide customer technical support via incoming calls across multiple platforms and systems. 
• Working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications. Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies. 
• Research solutions to customer questions and problems using Knowledge Base or other relevant materials and provide timely follow-up for unresolved issues. 
• Develop expertise with proprietary products and systems

What skills will you need: 

• 1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferred but not required  
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
• Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail 
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
