Responsible for supervising the general compliance of established programs, certifications, policies, procedures and standards. This position acts as a link between the operation and the Corporate Brand and Quality Control Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs internal quality audits based on the manual, which are previously scheduled and coordinates (Service, processes, areas, internal and external client, sustainability, Health and Safety).
2. Delivers audit reports and findings to the Management and the Director of Brands and Quality Control.
3. Follows up through audits on corrective and preemptive actions that have been detected.
4. Executes external and internal audits (TTOO, Government offices, health and safety, providers, suppliers etc.), performing advance inspections, requesting documents and maintaining communications with the departments involved.
5. Coordinates the teaching of standards courses and/or operational internships with thee Training Manager and areas Manager.
6. Coordinates the external and internal programs for food hygiene (Cristal) established by the company.
7. Performs audits to ensure that areas and personnel in all involved areas comply with the Cristal program hygiene standards.
8. Coordinates the teaching of external courses (Health and Safety, pools, chemicals, pests, etc.) with the Training Manager.
9. Schedules and performs lab samples taking from foods, hands, surfaces, ice, recreational and drinking water.
10. Participates in inspections visits from tour operators and government entities related to security and food hygiene.
11. Creates and guides sustainability activites (Green Team) to reach the objectives.
12. Advises, supports and trains the hotel's department on the implementation of sustainable practices in their daily activity.
13. Audits the implementation of plans for corrective actions for compliance with the sustainability criteria established in Karisma Hotels and Resorts' sustainability manual for all areas and hotel personnel.
14. Supervises compliance with the certification and/or hotel security guidelines.
15. Performs audits of the facilities (physicals check list) to ensure compliance with the standards.
PROFILE:
Experience:
4 years in a similar role.
Education:
B.A in Tourism, Management or similar
