The organization is currently in search of a Business Intelligence Analyst to leverage data analytics to provide valuable insights, optimize business operations and drive strategic decision-making using reporting and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Cleanse, validate, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources
- Apply statistical analysis techniques, advanced data analysis methodologies, and machine learning algorithms to understand business performance, customer behaviour, market dynamics, and operational efficiencies
- Maintain data models, frameworks, and algorithms
- Create meaningful and interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs, translate complex data into clear and concise visual representations and make recommendations
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Provide insights on pricing strategies, product profitability, and revenue optimization
- Perform data quality assessments, identify data anomalies, and implement corrective measures
- Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to HSE and Food Safety Standards to reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents and to maintain food quality
- Train, engage and manage staff performance so they are best equipped to meet the company’s expected results and standards of behaviour
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Three (3) years as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
- One (1) years experience in a Supervisory Role
- Strong Business Acumen
- Data Cleaning, Modelling and Visualization, problem solver
- Data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes
