#CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS(SEASONAL/PART TIME ACCOUNT)

# AT LEAST ONE (2) YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ALL POSTS)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responds to high volume inbound calls 
• greet and assists all customers with a friendly and welcoming tone 
• resolve all customer queries on first contact
• achieve and maintain a call quality of at least 95%
• maintain attendance of at least 98%

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 5 CXC’s including Math, and English
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• At least two(2) years experience working in the same capacity preferrable in the BPO Sector
