The L&D Learning Technologies Moderator will be responsible for moderating virtual classroom sessions and assisting with any administrative tasks regarding these sessions.

JOB SUMMARY: 
The L&D Learning Technologies Moderator will be responsible for moderating virtual classroom sessions and assisting with any administrative tasks regarding these sessions.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery 
—Manage small to medium learning projects, including communicating with clients to arrange rehearsals, reviewing materials and prepare and load materials for sessions
—Be prepared to introduce virtual sessions including opening and closing sessions
—Be able to handle audience technical questions during the sessions
—Ensure that all presenters are prepared and comfortable in the virtual environment
—Ensure that all microphones and broadcasting equipment is ready and in working order
—Be prepared for contingency plans to deal with potential technical issues
—Assist with any other adhoc tasks as requested


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
—Associates degree / 13th Grade
—At least six months working in a professional environment
