Appliance Traders Limited is seeking to hire a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist to meticulously analyze and tailor bids and tenders to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Pre-Sales Support Specialist

This role actively participates in bid/tender committees to guarantee competitive pricing and timely submissions. Furthermore, it focuses on identifying growth opportunities that align with our business objectives. Collaborating closely with the BSL Product Manager, the Pre-Sales Specialist sources, markets, and promotes our products. This approach embodies our commitment to customer satisfaction, sustainable growth, and organizational success, while also nurturing a world-class service department dedicated to delivering impactful and unforgettable customer service experiences for ATL clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist for Appliance Traders Limited, some key activities you would be responsible for include:

  • Provide Pre-Sales Expertise: Offer comprehensive pre-sales support to customers, helping them understand and align product offerings with their needs.
  • Bid and Tender Preparation: Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare accurate and compliant bids, tenders, and quotes.
  • Monitor Purchase Orders: Work closely with Logistics and Product Management teams to ensure timely product orders and shipments. Provide regular updates to the Sales team and customers.
  • Inventory Management: Review stock sales and recommend reorder quantities, optimizing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock conditions.
  • Showroom Oversight: Monitor showrooms, ensuring appropriate product displays, pricing, and availability of marketing materials.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate sales and product training to equip the Sales team with product knowledge and effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information to support their purchase decisions.
  • Technology Solution Design: Define and design technology solutions that align with business objectives, considering factors like system integration, data management, security, and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of technology solutions, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay Current with Technology Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and improve pre-sales support.
Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience related work experience.
