Snr. Business Performance & Planning Analyst

The Senior Business Performance & Planning Analyst will provide business information by various models of analysis to support both strategic and operational decision making across business units.

Snr. Business Performance & Planning Analyst

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economic/Business/Finance/Statistics/Mathematics
• Master’s Degree in related field would be a plus
• At least 5years’ experience as a Senior Analyst with at least 1 year Supervisory Management

Specific Knowledge:

• Track record of effective Forecasting for Strategic Decision Making
• Knowledge of retail, distribution, logistics and consumer finance industries
• Working knowledge of strategic marketing objective
• Good negotiating skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in managing change and multiple projects

Job responsibilities:

1. Performs trend analysis and other forms of analyses to identify joint opportunities, areas of synergy and best practices.
2. Broad knowledge and experience in business process engineering
3. Coordinates research initiatives (e.g. consumer, market) involving quantitative and qualitative analysis required to support strategic decisions
4. Budget development and planning
5. Monthly reporting on compensation and performance management during the review period of the performance cycle
6. Assists with the preparation and analysis of business cases, feasibility studies
