What You'll Be Doing

•Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability of security professionals impacting businesses and communities. Develop and implement strategic solutions to capitalize on opportunities

•Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.

•Project Management: Manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades of electronic security systems.

•Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve service quality standards.

•Budget Control: Prepare monthly status and other ad-hoc reports as required for submission to President and other                                  stakeholders. Manage budgetary requirements and resource allocation.

•Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships with the business community, industry partners, and                                   key stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships.

•Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.

•Technology Integration: Stay updated with emerging and cutting-edge security technologies.

•Collaboration: Ability to partner across functional areas and work groups to ensure the successful development and                               delivery of electronic security solutions and initiatives that fosters growth and innovation.

•Drive: Self-motivated and results driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Minimum Qualifications

• A First Degree in Business Management with a focus on Security/Operations/ Project Management;
• At least seven (7) years’ experience in Electronic Security /Operations Management with a minimum of 5 years’ in a leadership role.
• Certification in Physical Security or Security Management (would be an asset).                                    

• Project Management Certification- (would be an asset)
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
