Kitchen Supervisor
The Kitchen supervisor is responsible assisting in the overseeing for all kitchen functions, including but not limited to food purchasing, receiving, preparation and maintenance of quality standards, safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
Applicants should satisfy the following criteria:
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge
- Demonstrate the ability to lead & motivate others;
- Effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong report writing skills
- Proven analytical skills
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three years of experience in varied kitchen positions
- Possess strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Work well in fast-paced setting.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
