If yes, we are seeking to fill the following position, here at the prestigious Tryall Club:

SUSHI CHEF

Our restaurant needs an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. You will prepare sushi rolls and dishes, taking orders from those seated at the restaurant or for catered functions. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with a variety of sushi rolling, plating, and related cooking techniques and has experience working in a busy sushi restaurant. Advanced knife cutting skills are a must. We expect our sushi chefs to be friendly and interact with customers, providing recommendations on different dishes when requested.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have minimum Level 3 or 4 HEART Certification or from another recognized training institution.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in the hospitality industry (preferably a five star or five diamond establishments).
  • At least Three (3) years hands-on experience.
  • A valid Food Handlers Permit.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Very flexible with time.
