Marketing Assistant

Roberts Manufacturing Co. Limited and Pinnacle Feeds Ltd, SQF certified manufacturer of shortening, margarine, soybean oil, animal feeds and dog food, invites suitably qualified applicants for the post of MARKETING ASSISTANT. The specifics for the post are as follows:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will provide support to the Marketing Officer to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the marketing function of the company.

• Assisting with the preparation and execution of events and marketing campaigns.
• Following up and liaising with service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Following up calls and emails with reference to donation requests and sponsorships.
• Sorting promotional items.
• Assisting with the distribution of samples or other marketing materials.
• Assisting with the creation, dissemination and review of promotional content.
• Ensuring event and advertising budgets are up to date.
• Exploring opportunities to add value to marketing initiatives.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• An Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field OR
• An equivalent of an Associate degree in Marketing or related field PLUS two (2) years of work experience in Marketing.
