District Restaurant Manager - Corum Restaurant Group

Our client, Corum Restaurant Group, is seeking to fill the position of District Restaurant Manager. This role is based in Guyana.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops schedules for all Hospitality Team Members and supervises and facilitates training.
• Operates multiple restaurants within a district
• Must be able to articulate clearly to Team Members, other members of Management, and customers
• Holds pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous direction for staff
• Holds front of house staff accountable for dress code standards
• Accountable for following and executing all state safety and sanitation guidelines and ensures a clean and safe environment for all Team Members and Guest.
• Supports the execution of inventory
• Manages controllables for their area of responsibility
• Manages check-outs for all Hospitality staff.
• Handles Guest Service issues professionally and with compassion
• S/he must be able to operate kitchen equipment including a wok, mixer, slicer, buffalo chopper as needed
• Handles Guest Service matters professionally
• Manages check-outs for all Hospitality staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• First degree in Business Management or a related field
• Five (5) years’ experience in an operations management role within the hospitality or restaurant management sector.
