The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing policies and strategies to drive sales and grow the group of companies. The manager will be responsible for creating, growing and managing online communities for all divisions/ brands within the Group.
Job Profile
The Group Marketing Manager will have general responsibility for managing activities geared at engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events, and for monitoring and analyzing the information and feedback that is produced on various platforms. Manage creation and publication of content and craft digital communication strategies that reflect the brand's voice and image. Act as liaison between the organization and its audience and help build brand presence and trust. Responsible for managing budgets, developing reports and presentations, supervising team members, and liaising with external partners and stakeholders.
The successful candidate should bring a solid record of success collaborating in the development of strategic-/market-forecast planning efforts, as well as experience both leading and coordinating complex pursuits in multiple territories. A strong desire to collaborate with and mentor a talented team of marketers and designers is a must.
