The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing policies and strategies to drive sales and grow the group of companies.  The manager will be responsible for creating, growing and managing online communities for all divisions/ brands within the Group.

 

Job Profile

The Group Marketing Manager will have general responsibility for managing activities geared at engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events, and for monitoring and analyzing the information and feedback that is produced on various platforms. Manage creation and publication of content and craft digital communication strategies that reflect the brand's voice and image. Act as liaison between the organization and its audience and help build brand presence and trust. Responsible for managing budgets, developing reports and presentations, supervising team members, and liaising with external partners and stakeholders. 

The successful candidate should bring a solid record of success collaborating in the development of strategic-/market-forecast planning efforts, as well as experience both leading and coordinating complex pursuits in multiple territories. A strong desire to collaborate with and mentor a talented team of marketers and designers is a must. 

  • Develops and manages the implementation of the marketing plan and strategy to advertise the company and drive sales.   
  • In support of the group’s marketing philosophy, partners with regional leadership to help drive business development and client focus programs, including development and implementation of proactive marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Analyzes industry, market, and client trends and recommends strategies and marketing campaigns to position the group for success. 
  • Facilitates and leads strategy sessions. Coaches and guides technical and marketing teams in development, and execution of winning pursuits. Provides guidance and thought leadership to business unit heads and necessary others. 
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase website traffic
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation in digital marketing
  • Building and maintaining a vibrant community by creating engaging content, encouraging discussions, and fostering relationships among members.
  • Developing and implementing community engagement strategies to increase participation and retention.
  • Monitoring the community's activity to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other teams to integrate community feedback into product development, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Analyzing community data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Analyzing social media data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with other teams to align social media marketing with broader marketing, sales, and customer service strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporating them into social media strategies.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in professional services industry, including overseeing, coordinating, and performing all aspects of the client, visibility, and business development lifecycle. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a marketing team of at least 8 to 10 members. 
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior management to facilitate and execute annual strategic planning, and/or market forecast planning processes. 
  • Works effectively and independently in high-pressure team environment to manage multiple tasks in parallel. Ability to quickly adapt to and communicate changes in program schedules and priorities. 
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, including online marketing and measurement.
