Electrical and Instrumentation Technician

The Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all instruments, control system and electrical equipment in the plant.

ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN 

JOB PURPOSE

The Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all instruments, control system and electrical equipment in the plant. The E&I Technician performs works of high skill in the inspection, calibration, repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of all electronic and electrical plant equipment and system.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Electrical and Instrumentation or Automation Technology or Industrial Instrumentation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Maintenance of Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls system.
• Training/work in heavy industry or power plant environment is desirable.
