We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and passionate professional to join the People & Talent Development Team as Talent Acquisition HR Assistant for North America and the UK along with the local Barbados team, based in Barbados.

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and passionate professional to join the People & Talent Development Team as Talent Acquisition HR Assistant for North America and the UK along with the local Barbados team, based in Barbados. This position will work together with the Group Director of People and the Recruiting Support Manager in coordination with the other regional TAMs.

 

The mission for this role is to support TA best practices to attract talents and create talent pools across all departments.

 

This is an in-person role located in our Barbados office.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the full interview process liaising with Hiring Managers;
  • Guarantee the positive candidate experience through every step of the recruiting process;
  • Reach the defined recruiting targets across different business units and locations, by implementing best practices and tailored initiatives;
  • Analyse the best sourcing platforms for each recruiting process;
  • Develop recruiting support materials, in line with the Company values, and in consistence with the other regions;
  • Support planning career days and job fairs to build solid talent pools and strengthen the employer branding as well.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven direct recruitment experience either gained in agency or in-house;
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively tailor the communications to the audience, all levels of the organization in person and virtually across time zones;
  • Fluency in English writing and speaking – any other language will be considered as a plus;
  • Be comfortable using industry-standard software and reporting tools;
  • A flexible, adaptive, innovative and creative mindset and strong business intuition;
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail;
  • Professional and highly committed to excellence, with the highest ethical standards and strong judgement;
  • Bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree;
  • 1-2 significant experience in a professional services organization and/or heavily matrixed organization
