Store Manager/Wedding Planner

As a primary contact for customers, the Store Manager/Wedding Planner provides friendly, courteous,and helpful service. The position is held accountable for the department's result in providing customer service, increasing sales, improving profits, and containing costs.

Key Responsililities & Accountabilities:

• Develop creative ideas and proposals for events
• Meet with clients to arrange events details and execute to customer satisfaction
• Efficient and timely delivery of agree customer requirements
• Provide customer service as currently defined by the employer within the scope of the
  position and within company policy.
  
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure optimum staffing patterns for the store
• Speak with customers to resolve problems with sales, dissatisfaction with service, or other problems that are related to the operation of the store.
• Design esthetically pleasing floral arrangements for display or to meet the needs of a
  particular customer.
• Manages inventory per company policies and practices to drive sales and profits.
•  Perform daily inventory. Order necessary supplies to maintain adequate inventory.
  

The successful candidate must have the following skills:

• 3-5 years experience in the Hospitality Industry or relevant industry experience
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Prior management experience
• Must be customer service focused
• Confident, friendly and able to build rapport
• Strong listening skills 
• Must be able to work flexible hours 
• Must be a team player
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
