THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY. MUST BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.

 

Our client located in Port of Spain Trinidad is seeking to fill the position of a PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR 


 COMPENSATION: $5,500.00 per month 

 

 The basic functions for this service are as follows:

  • Perform administrative functions associated with payroll application records processing.
  • Perform clerical and records management functions to support application processing and other office work procedures.
  • Reporting to immediate supervisor, any issues with regard service performance and / or any recommendations for improvements.

 

Principal Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Report to immediate supervisor, at times and in format specified by supervisor on service functions provided.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of company requirements, computerized application software, and procedures for service functions provided.
  • As assigned by immediate supervisor and in accordance with current procedures:
  • Provide statutory records processing for payroll clients.
  • Provide information verification and reporting, inclusive of liaison with clients, statutory agencies as required, for transaction processing.
  • Process cheques payments received from clients for payments of statutory charges – cheque accuracy verification, receipting, and records management. Provide follow-up as necessary with clients on cheque payments.
  • Assist with upkeep of on line and hardcopy data files including procedure changes, sorting, lodging and retrieving of file information.
  • Assist other company personnel in providing responses to client inquiries and other client related information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
