ERP Specialist

SM Jaleel, a leading manufacturer, in the region is seeking to fill the role of ERP Specialist with a results oriented individual.

The incumbent will be required to collaborate with functional teams across the organization to develop solutions using the ERP tool that optimize business processes, enhance the performance of the company’s IT systems and implement and deploy suitable ERP solutions.

Requirements:

• Establish the organization’s ERP needs by identifying the gaps in processes, collaborating with cross functional teams
• Recommend and implement solutions that address the company’s ERP needs
• Write customized programs and scripts and configure ERP system
• Document process flows for both non-technical and technical audience to ensure compliance and improve workflows
• Train and support users with technical content
• Train, engage and supervise staff performance 
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by line manager.
   

Education:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field
• Project Management and Business Process Mapping Certification would be an asset

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience leading the implementation of ERP solutions specifically Epicor Kinetic 10 and above
• Experience supporting organizations in the manufacturing sector implement an ERP solution
• Excellent analytic, problem solving and consulting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Epicor tools in developing BAQ, Business Rules, Dashboards (Advanced), SSRS reports and workflows is required
• Strong data management, data governance data security and data infrastructure awareness is an asset.
• Proficient in configuring Epicor ERP system parameters to meet specific business needs
