We are currently looking to hire: 1. Head of Finance 2. Head Housekeeper

Head of Finance

 Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 7 years Finance Management experience in a luxury or 5-star establishment
  • A champion on maintaining strong internal controls, financial performances, analysis of variance, forcasts and budgets
  • You must be able to challenge existing strategies and/or recommend alternate strategies to continually improve effectiveness of the business
  • Lead and direct the Finance team; provide leadership support to and on behalf of Executive Management
  • Vast knowledge of benchmarking techniques that will enable the hotel to enhance revenues while improving productivity and cost efficiencies
  • Experience in identifying and implementing hotel/resort best practices that will serve to enhance revenues, improve cost and productivity
  • Working knowlege of annual budgets, capital budgets and captial expenditure plans
  • Ability to provide accurate and complete financial management reports on a timely basis
  • Outstanding communication and team empowerment skills
  • Service focused personality with a can-do-will do attitude

 

 

Head Housekeeper

 Do you have:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years Housekeeping Management experience in a luxury or 5-star establishment
  • Vast knowledge managing the operation of an in-house laundry
  • Great understanding of schedules and processes
  • Proven track record of promoting productivity and efficiency in a Housekeeping team
  • Experience working with Executive Hotel Management and suppliers to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practices
  • Working knowledge and skills in recruiting , training and monitoring team performance
  • A can-do-will-do attitude and excellent team spirit
