Job Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for creating high-quality, innovative and fully functional software solutions that adhere to coding standards and technical design principles.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to develop and deliver robust software applications.
• Write well-structured and testable code to meet project requirements.
• Integrate software components into a cohesive and fully operational software system.
• Maintain and update documentation related to software functionality for reference and future enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance exisitng software systems for improved performance.
• Deploy software programs, gather and analyze user feedback to make necessary improvements.
• Ensure compliance to project plans and industry standards in all development tasks.
• Provide continuous support, maintenance and enhancements to existing systems and platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including support agents, QA Engineers, Project Managers and other engineers to develop comprehensive software solutions.
• Identify ares for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance development efficiency.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years software engineering or software development experience.
• Hands-on programming experience in Javascript, Angular and Flutter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate and convey technical information.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges.
• Proven experience managing the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver projects on schedule.
• A deep understanding of fundamental computer science concepts.
• Excellent coding skills, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong team-building skills.
