To provide support in the Conveyancing Department of the firm.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be required to provide support in the Conveyancing Department, assist Attorneys, welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person and on the telephone and by answering inquiries, prepare a variety of legal documents within tight deadlines, prepare and process invoices and reports, liaise with external parties and institutions; schedule appointment and carry out other related administrative duties. The candidate may be required to provide support on occasions at our Chaguanas branch office.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
ü Six O’ Level subjects including English and Mathematics, Grades I and II only
ü Three years’ experience in a Conveyancing environment
ü Good command of English language and grammar; very good written and oral communication skills
ü Competent in the use of Microsoft Office; experience in a corporate network environment will be an asset
ü Strong customer service orientation
ü Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
ü Detail-oriented and proactive
ü Ability to work as part of a team and independently
