We are seeking a dynamic and experienced trainer to join our team. You responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge & performance of our employees. This role requires a passionate individual who can create engaging learning experiences.

As a Trainer at Proforma (ProTeam Up Division), you will play a vital role in ensuring our team members acquire the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles and contribute to our company's success.

Job Summary: Our Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees at all levels of our organization. This includes analyzing training needs, designing, and delivering training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Our trainer will work closely with management to ensure that training programs align with our company's goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to determine areas of improvement for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online training modules.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Work with department managers and human resources to identify training opportunities and ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors to supplement internal training programs as needed.
  • Manage our HR Assistant/Trainer, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in training and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.
  • Identify areas where employees require additional training and development, and design programs to address these skill gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources development, or a related field.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software and tools
