Easy as ABC Marketing Ltd is seeking talented and experienced sales professionals to join our Business Team. We specialize in outbound telemarketing Sales for a New York-based company.

Qualification

• Must be a High School graduate with "B's" or better passes. Tertiary education exposure in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• Successful work experience in sales & marketing for the past three consecutive years to current.
• Excellent computer and computer application skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• The ideal candidates we seek are self-motivated, organized and goal oriented.
• You must possess the proven ability to boost a company's customer base through effective use of phone, email, and SMS in the sales process.
• You must possess a thorough command of the English language.

Compensation

• Salary ranges from J$1mil- $2.6 mil / Year, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Hours (8am - 5pm) at our office in Mandeville.

(We may entertain negotiation for exceptional qualification / experience)

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Making an average of 50 calls per day in pursuit of new / repeat business.
• Rebooking past customers and helping us to acquire new business from existing, and new clients.
• Collaborating with the sales manager and the sales team to develop and implement sales and negotiation tactics and strategies that generate leads resulting in increased business for the employer.
• Utilizing sales leads platforms to find verified phone numbers, names, and email addresses of prospects to target in sales and marketing campaigns for conversion to new clients
• Utilizing various CRMs and Office5 365 apps to collaborate with internal teams
• Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Persuading customers / prospects to complete feedback surveys and leave positive reviews
• Maintaining prospect/client databases and tracking sales information for future action.
