To provide excellent customer service through the coordination and administration of the rental process and maintenance of all relevant records.

PBS Technologies (Trinidad) Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to accept the role of Contract Administrator to operate from our Port of Spain location.

The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service through the coordination and administration of the rental process and maintenance of all relevant records.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all contracts are billed on a timely basis, accurate and match to the respective contract while meeting the customer requirements
  • Maintain filing and storage of all contracts and ensure updates to existing contracts are completed
  • Collaborate with relevant Sales Managers, Service Desk, Service Team and Logistics personnel to deliver timely renewal of contracts
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure proper wording of contracts, terms and conditions
  • Monthly reconciliation of recurring revenue
  • Ensure revenue recognition criteria is met for all invoices being raised
  • Resolve customers’ queries and provide information as is required
  • Maintain records on the customer rental data base accurately and making changes timely
  • Billing recurring amounts to all rental customers accurately and timely
  • Ensure that schedules to rental contracts are amended where necessary
  • Maintain relationships with rental customers
  • Effect sign-off on all rental transactions
  • Ensure that the first rental billing and inventory movement by Logistics department is affected
  • Prepare all required reports in an accurate and timely manner

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • ACCA Level 2 or equivalent combination of qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an accounting and/or customer service environment with focus on contracts/recurring revenue
  • Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organising skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and exercise commensurate levels of initiative
