BodyScape Earth Limited is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring product quality, and supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional skincare products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures to optimize storage and minimize waste.
• Generate reports to assess inventory turnover, aging, and forecasting.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and maintain quality control processes to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of quality control documentation.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and quality control.
• Propose and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
• Continuously review and update standard operating procedures related to inventory and quality assurance.

Vendor Management:

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any quality or inventory-related issues.
• Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize inventory costs.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay current with industry regulations and quality standards related to skincare product manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including labeling, product testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (eg Chemistry, Biology) or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory control and quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in skincare or cosmetics.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for skincare product manufacturing is a plus.
