We are looking for someone who Excels At Sales to join our real estate investment company and help us locate and source potential real estate investment opportunities in the United States of America..

 We Offer:

●      A competitive base salary with a USD commission-based comp plan with NO cap on earnings

Responsibilities:

●      Use tools to identify attractive real estate investment opportunities

●      Quickly qualify opportunities and gauge motivation of sellers

●      Effectively build rapport and gain trust with sellers and agents

●      Analyze opportunities and market data to determine pricing

●      Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts

●      Track sales activities and lead notes in software database

Qualifications:

●      MUST take a Job Fit Assessment to be interviewed (link will be provided)

●      Bachelor’s degree or higher required

●      FULL-TIME Commitment and will be required to be in-office

●      Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities

●      Must be professional, articulate and coachable!

●      Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively nurture leads over time

●      Able to quickly process details, and create win/win solutions

●      Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred but not required
