Junior Operational Auditor

Mother's Enterprises Limited is seeking to identify a detail-oriented and performance driven individual to join its team in the capacity of Junior Operational Auditor. The individual will provide technical and administrative support to the Operational Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and issuing of internal audit reports.
• Assist in conducting operational and financial audits.
• Participate in conducting Pre-and-post audit activities.
• Follow up on issues identified in previous audits.
• Maintain administrative files.

Qualification, Experience and Competences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or ACCA Level 1.
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in an accounting or auditing role.
• Knowledge of Inventory management and Operational audit practices.
• Solid accounting knowledge and skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Investigative, Interviewing, Presentation and Reporting skills.
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines.

Physical Demands:

•  Regular travel to restaurants island-wide.
•  Working long and extended hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience in the manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.
