At KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services, you’ll translate insights into action and reveal opportunities for all – our teams, our clients, and our world.

Overview

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (KJESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  Team members within the delivery center work with the Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support the Client’s back-office operations.

What you will do:

As an Administrative Support Professional, you’ll play a fundamental role, providing administrative back-office/shared services support to our client’s engagement teams and Firm leaders.

You’re a strong candidate if you:

  • Have at least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Have advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat and Word
  • Are tech-savvy and can quickly learn KPMG’s custom software/systems
  • Possess excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
  • Have documented experience in project management or have worked with project teams
  • Are organized, adept at following up with stakeholders and can organized jobs based on task priority
  • Are intrinsically motivated, a self-starter and can work independently
  • Display good judgment, have excellent fact-checking skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Can consistently produce excellent results, even under pressure
  • Are an excellent team player and customer service oriented

While preference will be given to candidates holding a tertiary degree and or advanced executive administrative certification, these are not essential for the role.
