Country Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Provides Facilities & Maintenance Programmes and solutions to all technical aspects in the Clubs and offsite locations in Jamaica.

• Implements and monitors preventive maintenance programmes for refrigeration, air conditioning equipment (HVAC), generators, UPS, etc. 
• Research and implement new ways to improve existing equipment, systems and software in the country.
• Plan and promote the objectives of the department in terms of target costs, alternative specification, alternative sources of material and specifications, improvements in costs and efficiency.
• Manages the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensures the asset base is up to date.
• Technical evaluation of the Clubs, facilities and staff.
• Performs regular quality and technical audits to ensure proper compliance from third part contractors
• Provides support to energy production programmes, special projects and Club openings.
• Generates and reviews reports for the Department
