Our Client, an organisation in the Energy Sector, is seeking to fill the position of Manager - Maintenance, Turnaround & Campaigns (MTAC) Performance Excellence & Management. This position is offered as a two (2) year fixed term contract.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager - MTAC Performance Excellence & Management is responsible for driving Performance Excellence in the Maintenance, Turnaround & Campaigns department through the establishment of robust processes and systems – Asset Management System (AMS). The incumbent ensures robust critical processes and systems are fully integrated and embedded to deliver the expected outcome. A mindset of Excellence is installed in the MTAC Division. This role will manage the technician’s Competence Assessment Assurance for the Division and instill a mindset of excellence in delivering objectives.
The incumbent will optimize the MTAC cost competitiveness OPEX by driving a cost leadership transformation to maximize value added through third-party contracts and the delivery of the CAPEX/OPEX business plan by establishing processes to control and drive cost transformation.
This role will also provide commercial, contractual and technical oversight on a multitude of dimensions relative to all Master Service Agreements (MSAs). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Company receives maximum value from contracts and will liaise with all related parties internally and externally, inclusive of Shareholders, local Service Providers and Baker Hughes on a regular basis to ensure the Company’s best interests are being served.
