Annual Salary: $90,130.00 - $110,924.00

JOB SUMMARY

The Registrar is a member of the Commission’s Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Deputy Managing Director.

The Registrar manages the work and resources of the Registry and oversees and directs the incorporation, registration and maintenance of information on legal persons, partnerships, patents, trademarks, business names, intellectual property rights, corporate changes, etc, in accordance with the relevant legislation, regulations and international best practices.  The Registrar is required to ensure the accuracy, security and accessibility of information stored at the Registry.
