What’s the Opportunity?

The Finance Associate- Pool Funds, is responsible for ensuring that daily transactions for the JN Type 1 Pooled Funds are timely executed and accurately recorded. All transactions should be duly authorized and supported by relevant supporting documents. The Finance Associate - Pool Funds is also expected to assist with activities within the Accounts Department when called upon.

Contract- 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Accurately fair value securities daily by obtaining the applicable prices/yield curve from the various platforms.
  • Monitor and record security transactions including trade, interest payments, maturities, and corporate actions.
  • Complete variance analyses of stock prices over time and research, typically by utilizing tools such as Bloomberg terminals.
  • Verify security transactions, including dividend and capital stock transactions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • First degree in Accounting or equivalent and pursuing ACCA or other professional qualifications.nt and pursuing ACCA or other professional qualifications.
  • 2 years' experience in bank reconciliation and accounts payables/ receivables.2 years’ experience in bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex subjects simply and effectively

  • Professionalism, dependability, integrity and works well with a team
