Coordinate and supervise the process of wedding events planning
Weddings Manager:
1 Evaluate, develop and communicate strategies for the operation of groups and weddings based on established operating standards to ensure quality service.
2 Verifies that the costs of products and services add up to the annual settled budget for weddings and events.
3 Search suppliers with competitive prices, quality of products and services to carry out the events with the established cost and quality.
4 Verify the payment to suppliers to guarantee the delivery of products and the provision of services acquired for the different events.
5 Respond to the Centralized Office of Groups and Weddings the questions that arise from the Guests during the planning of the event to clarify doubts of facilities and spaces of the hotel.
6 Supervise events and weddings during the operation in order to verify the correct operation and execution of the established Quality standards.
7 Supervise the Wedding Coordinators to correctly guide the Guests for the planning and preparation of weddings.
8 Check the payment of groups and weddings before their initiation and elaboration validating, they are fully paid.
9 Prepare a monthly report including expenses, costs, profits and payment to suppliers, of each wedding, event and service and share it with the Financial Comptroller.
10 Prepare the monthly calendar of Groups and Weddings to assign weddings and schedule inspection visits to the Coordinators.
Online Communications Manager:
1 Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
2 Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
3 Conduct the review and counting daily comments on the TripAdvisor platform for identifying mentions of the hosts. Manage monthly awards
4 Verify the content (programming, quality of the image, etc.) of the IPTV system * to ensure compliance with the standard on all television sets.
5 Coordinate videos and photo shooting, checking and authorizing filming areas, in order to ensure continuity in the operation area and compliance with established processes.
6 Create timely and professional responses on social networking platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram) making sure they are in brand strategy to ensure optimal online presence.
7 Respond promptly to all post travel comments of the Guests on TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking and Holiday Check to ensure constant communication and generate a commitment with them.
8 Create contests, promotions and Guest´s participation ideas to promote the hotel's social strategy.
9 Prepare monthly reports on the activity of social networks to evaluate their results and develop strategies for improvement.
Environmental Coordinator
1 Ensure compliance of applicable environmental regulations, collecting and verifying the environmental management information of the different departments of the Hotel.
2 Verify and validate that the products and / or services acquired for the operation of the Hotel comply with environmental regulations, coordinating with the Purchasing and Finance area the compilation of the documentation and applicable supports in order to guarantee compliance with the environmental standard.
3 Supervise the process of managing the waste generated, verifying the monitoring of the processes established by the Hosts, in order to comply with the established rules.
4 Design community social and environmental programs, disseminating information of activities and / or trainings scheduled in blackboards and informative emails.
5 Compile the legal information and documentation required by government authorities in order to have the environmental certifications and licenses required in the operation of the Hotel.
6 Attend to the diverse governmental instances, when they present to realize some environmental audit.
7 Ensure compliance of chemical products handling and storage required, in order to meet the standards established in accordance with environmental standards.
