Key Responsibilities: 

• Implementing training programs that connect leaders with business goals within a BPO environment
• Assist in developing and maintaining the leadership career pathways program
• Assist in the development of implementation plans aligned with organizational KPIs
• Consulting with management and other leadership to identify and document operational processes
• Conducting performance audits to identify focused training needs
• Must be a self-starter, with the capability to manage multiple complex projects and assignment simultaneously
• Deliver live or virtual workshops on a variety of leadership development learning topics
• Ensure all program content and materials are kept updated, enhanced and always relevant
• Evaluate individual leader best practice execution and effectiveness, providing detailed analysis and development plans to said individuals
• Demonstrate concepts and tactics of leadership training both in training and real-world environments
• 1+ year of experience instructing leadership teams and associates on operational methodologies
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean Methodologies (or equivalent) and a desire to further develop one’s skillset
• 2+ years' experience in the BPO industry
