REQUIREMENTS;
- BSc in Hospitality/ Business Management/ Culinary.
- 10 years of demonstrated working experience.
- valid Driver's License.
SKILLS:
- Create and design food and drinks menus.
- Manage team members and oversee operations.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Stock control.
- Guest experience assurance
- Event co-ordination.
