Core Functions 

•	Effectively handle customer requests,  identify and resolve problems, while ensuring that the clients’ needs are met in a timely and effective manner in accordance with the established service standards.
•	Execute servicing activities: account opening, withdrawals, fund placements for all products, loan processing and hypothecations, service requests such as embassy letters, tax certificates, account changes and updates. All activities carried out in accordance with Compliance and KYC regulations such as FATCA.
•	Proactively provide a consistent and reliable customer service experience and promote the retention and expansion of the customer base. Improve customer satisfaction, appreciation and loyalty for the NCB Group.
•	Promote the use of alternative service channels and encourage migration to automated options. 
•	Ensure completion of the all transactions within the business day, ensuring adherence to the relevant cut-off times.
•	Track unresolved issues to completion through the appropriate departments and systems.
•	Perform various administrative functions and record all transactions to maintain accurate customer records. Files and records all transactions to maintain accurate customer records through completion of appropriate documentation and input to system.

Qualifications & Experience: 

•	Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or related fields.
•	At least two (2) years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in an investment company or Commercial Bank.
