Assistant Accountant

This position is open only to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago and those holding valid authorization to work in the country. 

All applicants must be resident in the country.

 

Our client located in POS TRINIDAD is seeking to recruit the following candidate: TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

 

SALARY: $7,000.00 TO $8,500.00

 

For the position of ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT:

(This will be MON-FRI for 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

 

  • 2 years experience
  • Motivated and diligent
  • Peach Tree accounting an asset

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable including preparing Chq payments, and receipting of AP Invoices.
  • Responsible for maintaining accounting records for Accounts Receivable including preparation of Customer Statements.
  • Maintaining Petty Cash, along with posting of P/C expenses and reconciliation.
  • Preparation of Daily Bank report.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

CANDIDATES MUST BE ACCA Level 2 qualified.
