Job Description:
Office Assistant (Part-Time 24 hours per week with potential for full-time employment)

You are the face of our practice and a multitasker who excels in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Comfort discussing fees and handling payments is mandatory, as is a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Interaction: Manage incoming/outgoing calls and appointments. Check-in and follow up with patients for satisfaction.
2. Office Software: Use provided software for appointment scheduling, communication tracking, and payment processing.
3. Financials: Handle invoicing, payment collection, and discuss fee structures. Monitor and reconcile daily takings.
4. Environment Management: Maintain a clean and organized clinic space; prepare the clinic for daily operations.
5. Communication: Articulate the value of our services and products, and engage in fee discussions. Keep a pulse on patient satisfaction levels.
6. Reporting: Compile and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance and financial reports.
7. Meetings: Attend and document weekly staff meetings and individual performance reviews.
8. Marketing Support: Contribute to social media activities and uphold brand standards.
9. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date procedure guidelines and assist in drafting letters and conducting transactions for insurance claims.
