A managed printing Services Business is seeking a Business Development Officer to come onboard.

Business Development Officer

As the Business Development Officer of a managed Printing Services business, you will generally be responsible for identifying, developing and potentially closing new revenue and profit streams. A BDO's responsibilities may range from finding new customers to managing existing business relationships. The Business Development Officer will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that support our growth and profitability goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

• Oversee all aspects of our operations, including service delivery, customer support, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, managing information technology assets, key output for managed printing service, and key performance indicators for managed printing service. 

• Manage the sales team and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality, safety, and risk management. 

• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans. 

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for managed printing service, such as: Customer satisfaction ratings. 

• Manage employee productivity and efficiency metrics. 

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 

• Represent the company in industry associations and events. 

• Report regularly to the CEO and other members of the executive team on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong business acumen and financial management skills. 

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards. 

• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that support growth and profitability. 

• Experience in managing budgets and financial plans. 

• Experience in managing information technology assets and systems.

• Ability to travel as needed.
