The Bartender is accountable for planning, organizing, and control the operations of bar in conjunction with the Floor Manager, preparing drinks and assisting with serving members/guests
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Set up Bar and maintain cleanliness and proper bar condition.
▪ Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Remove soiled/ dirty wares from bar area to place in designated areas.

▪ Clean bars and work areas during shifts and at the end of every shift
▪ Take beverage orders from Hosts/Hostesses.
▪ Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
▪ Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, water, chasers and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
▪ Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
▪ Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
▪ Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
▪ Create drink recipes.
▪ Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
▪ Secure all alcohol, liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas at the end of every shift
▪ Maintain stock sheets for replenishment of bar stocks.
