The CSR (Relief Teller) Tobago Branch, assists with the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Society by providing clerical and other support and services to members and customers.

Salary: $6, 079.81 + COLA
Main Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls into the Branch.
- Actively update members’ bio data.
- Recruiting new members.
- Inputs information on new members, application forms and beneficiaries into the data base.
- Complete all forms for transfers, share withdrawals, waivers, salary deductions, authorizations, standing orders and applications. (Debit Card, Health Plan and FIP).
- Provides primary service to members by updating passbooks, preparing statements for other Financial Institutions or Embassy Statements and also preparing Stop Deductions from the Credit Union to other organizations.
- Cross sells the Society’s products and services.
- Completes PSCU Emergency Revolving Loan (P.E.R.L.) applications.
- Maintains monthly Public Services Emergency Revolving Loan (P.E.R.L.) reports.
- Registers and distributes members’ incoming correspondence.
- Collates documentation and packages for distribution to departments and Credit Committee Meetings.
- Assists with the marketing activities of the Society.
- Forwards all documentation regarding the Family Indemnity Plan (F.I.P.), death claims and Health Plan, to the Insurance Unit for processing.
- Any other related duties as may be assigned by the Branch Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- At least Five (5) GCE O’ Levels or CSEC subjects including Math and English Language, or any suitable combination of qualifications and experience.
- At least One (1) to Two (2) years' experience in a Credit Union or Financial Institution would be an asset.
