POST OF GENERAL SURGEON

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above post in the Health Authority of Anguilla, British West Indies. 

Key Functions of the Post:

The General Surgeons is generally accountable for the provision of surgical services of a specialized nature to specific patients/clients of the Health Authority of Anguilla based on generally acceptable standards.

Minimum Acceptable Academic/Technical/Professional Qualifications

A post graduate Medical Degree in General Surgery/ Board certified specialty.

A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience as a Surgeon or General Surgeon Consultant.  Experience in the performance of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic procedures is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Candidates will be required to submit a letter requesting permission to practice in Anguilla notarized copies of all Certifications, Diplomas and license’s, an updated curriculum vitae (CV), a recent police record, a letter of good standing from place of work our medical board and three (3) passport size photos.
