We're looking for a Pharmacist to join our team!! The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing or supervising the dispensation of medications and related supplies, according to physicians’ prescriptions and has full oversight over the Pharmacy and its relations
Job Function:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dispensary
- Accurately prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician prescriptions and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
- Serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care teams, and monitoring patient drug therapies; advising interventions.
- Counseling patients regarding appropriate use of medications.
- Assists with Biometric testing (Blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol testing) for wellness programs
- Maintains records for controlled substances and complies with local regulatory policies on the management of narcotics, psychotropic and any other controlled substances.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- 3- 5 Years’ experience in Pharmacy
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and detailed understanding of current and future industry trends.
- Well versed in Pharmacology
- Excellent communication Skills (written &verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
