 We are currently seeking a talented Senior Manager of Organization Development to join our team!

The Senior Manager of Organization Development will be responsible for the coordination and execution of development experiences to educate employees for performance improvement. In this role, the individual will collaborate with the other stakeholders to identify and design experiences geared towards complete onboarding of new hires and development to enhance their abilities. The Senior Manager will promote a learning culture among employees by publishing learning opportunities that will attract and cater to the current needs of employees across the business. The candidate should be able to deliver a world-class service with appreciation for cutting-edge learning tools and solutions that will play a critical role in fulfilling strategic focus and other special assignments issued by the Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of a complete training program for target audience. This includes on-boarding and continuous development covering all aspects of their training needs to facilitate the delivery of exceptional standards of quality, service and product training to our employees.
  • Maintain business relevance by keeping abreast of latest developments in Learning and Development Theories.
  • Lead the implementation of a robust mentorship program that will build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Partner with Executive leaders to develop and integrate strategic approaches to develop futuristic capabilities required by employees
  • Create and deliver learning content that will address the needs to achieve business goals.
  • Design and implement evaluation opportunities to measure employee capabilities
  • Identify and propose improvement opportunities to enhance the quality of learning experiences delivered to employees.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of partnership programs with external vendor for high impact
  • Assess and report on training effectiveness.

 

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Education or Organizational Development or any other related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Learning & Development across the business within the BPO environment.
  • At least 3 years with proven impact in similar capacity to initiate and execute strategic projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in performance review and career counselling.
  • Experienced in managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team and balancing competing deadlines.
  • Must have experience in facilitation and developing a training curriculum. 
  • Must be experienced in crafting course objectives, design approaches, curriculum design and training methodology.
  • Experience working across the whole training lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and e-learning platforms.
