Seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet our customers’ expectation.

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet our customers’ expectation.

The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, good organizational skills and a passion for the creation of delicious baked goods. The primary function is to produce bread, pastries and other baked goods. Based on skill and expertise may be involved in the development/creation of new products to be introduced

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma/certificate in baking or Pastry making
• At least two (2) years’ experience as a baker in a bakery or hotel.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong knowledge of baking procedures and techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain commercial baking equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to work early mornings, late evenings (if necessary), weekends and holidays (if necessary).
• Creative/innovative mindset to aid in development of new recipes and products.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
