Corporate Manager, Employee Experience
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP. The ideal candidate will also be guiding and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create an environment where employees thrive and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Specific requirements/duties of the position include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive employee experience and value proposition strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine our Employee Value Proposition.
- Driving the implementation of programmes, initiatives and events that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement and performance.
- Collaborating with marketing and communication teams to convey the EVP to current and potential employees.
- Collaborating with architects, interior designers and other stakeholders to create functional and innovative employee spaces and facilities.
- Leveraging data analytics, surveys and feedback mechanisms to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the employee journey and support HR initiatives.
- Establishing a measurement framework to assess the impact of employee experience initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Driving innovation in employee experience by staying current with industry trends, best practices and implementing new approaches where appropriate.
- Collaborating with external partners, vendors and industry experts to enhance employee experience offerings.
- Championing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and welcoming work environment for all employees.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; Master’s Degree preferred. Commensurate years of experience can be considered.
- Experience in hospitality; Caribbean experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in collaborating across teams, functions and locations to help drive positive impact.
- Experience in working and interpreting data sets and industry benchmarks. Change management certification desirable.
- A positive attitude and an agile, resilient mindset required.
- Detailed working knowledge and appreciation for the importance of cultural transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in, and understanding of, employee engagement, change management, culture and organisational development concepts.
