Assistant Vice President- Origination & Structuring

Advise and lead the execution of all NCB Capital Markets transactions from origination to completion.

Core Functions:

•	Advise and lead the execution of all NCB Capital Markets transactions from origination to completion.
•	Lead negotiations with local, regional and overseas clients and partners in the structuring of transactions.
•	Provide specialist knowledge in managing and conducting the due diligence and financial modelling and valuation process for all NCB Capital Markets transactions.
•	Maintain strong relationships with existing clients both internal and external as well as actively develop new relationships with prospective clients.
•	Monitor and analyze trends in the financial services industry for territories/ countries covered


Qualifications & Experience 

•	Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounts or any other related discipline.
•	A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in originating, negotiating and structuring transactions. 
•	Pursuit of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter would be desirable
