We are the leading manufacturer and exporter of commercial and industrial workwear, and we are seeking a creative and results-oriented professional to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
Monitoring inventory and expediting orders for office and essential supplies.
Coordinating meetings and overseas travel for senior staff.
Create daily reports for management and team members.
Monitoring, responding, and posting on social media pages.
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Marketing or Communications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Skilled in operating social media platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
