Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will be required to efficiently and accurately assist with the department's operational and administrative tasks. The job duties include posting invoices, balancing of accounts and auditing.

Job Description

  • Administer and manage invoices and document related systems.
  • Input data in Origos and SAP software.
  • Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in the quality of accounting and provide operational support.
  • Assist with preparing payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis.
  • All other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of General Accounting Principles
  • No experience required
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday 9 A.M – 5 P.M.
